Table Views, the "Match Box",
and a Database Explorer Tree
The explorer tree shows you the tables in the MySQL databases you have connected.  You open a table by double clicking on it in the tree.  Multiple tables and queries can be open at one time.

You can use the "match box" to limit the table rows displayed to those matching a pattern (it works like grep), and you can paste patterns into the "match box" from the clipboard.  You can also enter WHERE clauses in the match box to limit the view using SQL.

The the column popup makes it easy to sort table views on the entries in a column.

The explorer tree shows both query files and database tables, with connected hosts and database shown in green  You can drag and drop tables between MySQL databases, and files between file folders.
